Are you trying to help someone who is suicidal? I have a few tricks up my sleeve, but don't think that this is gonna solve and fix the problem. But go on and try.
1. People who are suicidal are depressed in some way or feels lost. So try as hard as possible to find out what that problem is.
. Talk soft and slow
. Don't push to hard
. Try to be understanding
. DO NOT tell anyone what you were told without permission
2. Become open, more happy and let your positive energy flow to that person.
3. Show them what life provides you with and how the earth is a wonderful place to be.
4. You have to let that know that they have a meaning to be here and that they have to try to let them find themselves (everyone finds out who they are if they become open to things around them)
5. Try opening up to them.
6. Stay calm, do not yell and act as if nothing can make you mad. But take some control.
7. Listen and learn from the person your helping.
8. Don't give up on them, they need you (that's why you know them)
9. People are different so try to make it so that certain person feels comfortable and safe.

Steps to quit smoking
Just one stick, it won't hurt. Well that's what most people think, and after that your hooked. those people want to quit but it's hard and you don't know where to turn. Well I can't guarantee these steps will help you, but try at least.
1. Everyone has will power, well use yours. Whenever you see a cigarette think of something that disgusts you the most and imagine the cigarette is that thing.
2. Sometimes smoking just passes time. So find something better to do with your time (ex. listen to music, read a book, garden, remodel your home, take walks etc.)
3. You could try nicotine patches.
4. Do not buy, borrow, or steal any cigarettes.
5. Eat a little more healthy than you already do.
6. try talking to someone or start let feelings out a little more around people and by yourself.
7. Make new friends and maybe start seeing your family more.
8. Don't lose control.
I hope this helped.

Fighting with Parents
Parents can be real jerks, but sometimes the fights could be started by us kids (or grown up offsprings) So to fix a fight that you started is to obviously apologize, with a straight face. But if your like me who can't handle apologizing to them, try:
1. Waiting till they calm down
2. Do something that you wouldn't usually do (Ex. try cleaning something, or pay for a meal that your parents have etc.)
3. Or try dedicating a dance routine, piece of art, song or something to your parent(s)
4. If all else fails take the whole family on a vaction, or spa trip, or just something your parents would enjoy (paid by you)

Unknown Call
Today my friend had called me up and told how she was freaking out about someone calling her. She didn't know the number or who it was, she would ask a question (the usual, who are you) and they would say something that she didn't really understand or didn't pick up, so she got scared and hung up. My advice for her (and whomever else has the same problem) was:
1. Tell someone about the calls
2. Keep calm and live your life normally but don't let your guard down
3. Just ignore the calls, and so the caller doesn't track you down turn off the phone location
